Competing with GPT-4! China Mobile's Jiutian Large Model Passes Dual Filing

Recently, the Cyberspace Administration of China released a list of filed large models, with China Mobile's Jiutian Natural Language Interaction Model included, marking China Mobile's Jiutian AI Model's official readiness to provide generative artificial intelligence services externally. China Mobile announced that this is the first large model developed by a central state-owned enterprise to simultaneously pass both the national "Generative Artificial Intelligence Service Filing" and the domestic "Deep Synthesis Service Algorithm Filing".
The JiuTian natural language interaction model features industry capability enhancement, security and trustworthiness, and full-stack domestic support. It has been developed in multiple parameter versions including 9 billion, 13.9 billion, 57 billion, and trillion-level, allowing flexible deployment across cloud, edge, and device scenarios. It is worth mentioning that Jiutian AI team will complete multimodal large model training comparable to GPT-4 by the end of 2024, featuring 8 sub-platforms, 287 core algorithm capabilities, and 37 large-scale applications.
Providing full-stack AI services from intelligent computing infrastructure and core algorithm capabilities to intelligent applications, serving various fields such as government affairs, industry, education, and healthcare.
China Mobile stated that Jiutian's customer service large model has been deployed at scale in China Mobile's 10086 online customer service scenario, marking the industry's first engineering case of applying large models to ultra-large-scale customer service production systems.
