Zhou Hongyi: Employees of Companies Not Embracing AI Will Be Eliminated
-
According to media reports, 360 Group founder Zhou Hongyi stated that artificial intelligence will lead a new industrial revolution and profoundly impact all industries.
Zhou Hongyi said that companies should seize the opportunity to go all in on AI, which includes three key strategies to prepare. First, establish AI belief - believe that large models represent true intelligence, that they signify an industrial revolution, and that all businesses will be reshaped. Believe that companies not embracing AI will see their employees become obsolete, and that artificial intelligence is rapidly progressing toward AGI.
Second, go all in on AI - enterprises need to consider whether their leadership, employees, and staff at all levels understand, learn, and utilize large models. They should explore how AI can transform and optimize internal business processes, identifying which areas can be improved. Additionally, they should determine which external product and service functionalities can be empowered by AI.
Third, measure AI integration levels - enterprises must proactively assess the degree of AI adoption among employees and products, as well as the extent of AI utilization within the organization. Recently, Sora has gone viral for generating videos with AI technology. Regarding whether Sora will replace the traditional film industry, Zhou Hongyi expressed that Sora won't impact traditional film production. Instead, after mastering this tool, the supply in the film industry will become more abundant.
