Li stated that ERNIE Bot 4.0 has surpassed ChatGPT 4.0 in Chinese language capabilities. For example, writing acrostic poems is something many large models can do now. However, if you ask it to compose a poem in the 'Qinyuanchun' style, ChatGPT 4.0 is completely clueless. It doesn't know whether the first line should be four or five characters long.
