On February 29th, Zhou Hongyi, founder of 360, delivered his first free AI lecture, attracting millions of online viewers. During the presentation, Zhou demonstrated two new AI-driven products. When testing the beta version of 360 AI Search, the overwhelming user response caused a sudden 44-fold surge in traffic, prompting the temporary addition of servers to meet demand. The product manager revealed that PV requests peaked at nearly 100,000 per second, equivalent to an e-commerce promotion event.

It is reported that 360 has recently completely revamped two of its flagship internet products—search and browser—with AI, transforming them into intelligent productivity tools for learning and office efficiency. Zhou Hongyi stated during the event that after the official launch of these two products, user feedback is welcome, as large-scale AI models require continuous optimization and iteration based on massive user input. During the lecture, Zhou Hongyi systematically shared his insights on the latest trends in AI development, the five levels of multimodal development, and the five stages of AI development. When discussing why it should be free, Zhou Hongyi stated that in the AI era, technological advancements are rapid, and the popularization of AI knowledge is particularly important. He hopes to help more people understand AI and better embrace the arrival of the AI era.
