On February 29, at Apple's annual shareholders meeting, Apple CEO Tim Cook stated that many previously released products are powered by AI.

Currently, several Apple products, such as the hand tracking in Vision Pro, heart rate alerts on Apple Watch, and the crash detection feature on iPhone, are all powered by AI.

Cook particularly emphasized the advantages of MacBooks equipped with Apple's self-developed chips in AI computing capabilities, calling them the best computers on the market for AI work. Cook stated: All Macs powered by Apple chips are incredibly powerful AI machines. In fact, there's currently no better computer on the market for artificial intelligence than the Mac.

As before, Cook also promised on Wednesday that later this year, Apple will share how it is "opening up new ground" in AIGC, calling it "another technology that will redefine the future."

As part of the routine work of the shareholder meeting, the meeting also voted on and approved the reelection of Apple's board of directors and executive compensation, while rejecting five shareholder proposals. These included one urging Apple to disclose its use of AI in business operations and related ethical guidelines. Apple opposed this, arguing that doing so would reveal the company's competitive strategy in the field of artificial intelligence.
