360 Founder Zhou Hongyi Advocates 'All in AI' and Establishing AI Belief for Enterprises
-
According to media reports, Zhou Hongyi, founder of 360, stated in an interview that enterprises aiming to enter the AI field should first establish an AI belief and move towards an 'All in AI' direction.
Zhou Hongyi mentioned that while many enterprises are eager to embrace AI, they often don't know where to start, especially non-AI enterprises that are still distant from AI. He emphasized that these enterprises should first establish an AI belief and commit to an 'All in AI' approach.
Zhou Hongyi also proposed three recommendations: First, enterprises should familiarize themselves with AI without rushing to integrate it into their business operations. They should ensure all employees understand AI technology and become accustomed to applying it. The second step for enterprises in customizing AI is to upgrade their big data platforms into knowledge platforms.
To train AI, enterprises first need relevant knowledge, including 'dark knowledge' that cannot be found on the internet. This knowledge may be scattered across employees' computers, emails, and chat records, and must be consolidated.
Finally, enterprises should utilize small, vertically trained models for empowerment. Enterprise-level models do not require significant computing power, as models with billions of parameters have minimal computational demands. The key lies in evaluating scenario-specific knowledge and integration with business operations.
