Tesla's Children's Version of Cybertruck to Enter China - Will the First Owner Be a Kid?

On December 28th, according to "Star Video" reports, Tesla has released a "kids' version" of the Cybertruck pickup. The first batch of children's Cybertrucks is about to land in China, with an event on the evening of December 31st on the JD platform offering "a chance to win a Tesla and a children's Cybertruck."
This kids' vehicle has already been launched in overseas markets, priced at $1,500 (Note: approximately ¥10,725 RMB). In terms of appearance, the car largely replicates most of the design of the "adult version" Cybertruck, featuring an open-top cockpit layout and two adjustable child seats suitable for children aged 6-12, with a maximum load capacity of 68kg. Notably, the vehicle includes illuminated front and rear lights.
In terms of power, the vehicle is equipped with a 22V battery and a 500W motor, reaching a top speed of 10 mph (approximately 16.09 km/h) and a range of 12 miles (approximately 19.31 km). The speed can be adjusted between two settings: 5 mph or 10 mph. According to the overseas official website, this kids' vehicle will begin deliveries by the end of December this year.
According to previous reports, Tesla launched a children's toy motorcycle Cyberquad in July this year, with an official guide price of 11,990 yuan. This vehicle is an ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle) specifically designed for children.
Recently, JD.com's official Weibo announced that during the Hunan TV Mango TV New Year's Eve party, they will give away millions of physical gifts and 1 billion red envelopes. Among them, JD Auto will cooperate with Tesla to give away 7 Model 3 refreshed versions with up to 10 years of use rights and 10 Tesla Cybertruck children's cars as interactive prizes.
