On December 16, the '2023 Annual Talent Migration Report' released by Maimai showed that ChatGPT researchers topped the high-salary list with an average monthly salary of 67,000 yuan.

AI-related positions are in high demand. Among the top 20 high-salary positions, AI roles represented by ChatGPT researchers, algorithms, and deep learning occupy 10 spots, accounting for half of the list.

In 2023, industries such as internet and e-commerce fiercely competed for AI talent. The pure internet industry became the sector with the highest number of newly posted AI-related positions, accounting for 23.29%.

Following were e-commerce and retail (8.43%), new lifestyle services (8.36%), while the AI industry itself ranked only fourth (8.06%).

The report also indicates that in 2023, the new economy talent market continued to saturate, with the talent supply-demand ratio rising from 0.32 in 2021 to 2.04 in 2023, averaging 2 candidates competing for 1 position.
