According to 36Kr, ByteDance recently established a new AI department called Flow, led by Vice President of Technology Hong Dingkun.
A source revealed that the business leader of the department is Zhu Wenjia, head of ByteDance's large model team. This information has not yet been officially confirmed by ByteDance.
It is understood that the Flow department primarily focuses on the field of AI applications.
Within ByteDance, Flow has posted a recruitment notice stating that the team is an AI innovation business unit under ByteDance. Currently, it has launched two products, Doubao in China and Cici overseas, with multiple AI-related innovative products in the incubation stage.
