Multiple Domestic Large Language Models Have Launched Paid Services, with Wenxin Yiyan at 59.9 RMB per Month

Starting in November, Wenxin Yiyan officially launched its membership service. The official website shows that the continuous monthly subscription costs 49.9 RMB, while a single-month purchase is priced at 59.9 RMB. This membership service corresponds to the Wenxin Large Model 4.0, while Wenxin Large Model 3.5 remains free to use.
In addition, Wenxin Yiyan also introduced a joint membership for 99 RMB per month, which includes Wenxin Yiyan membership and Wenxin Yige Silver membership. The Wenxin Yige Silver membership not only allows for rapid generation of high-definition images in multiple sizes, creation of posters and artistic text, but also enables AI-powered image editing and retouching.
On October 17, Baidu released the Wenxin Large Model 4.0, claiming it to be "the most powerful Wenxin Large Model to date, with comprehensive capabilities on par with GPT-4." According to Baidu, the Wenxin Large Model 3.5, which was opened to the public on August 31, has already reached a user base of 45 million.
By the end of August, over ten large model products had gradually opened to the public, and currently, the total number of large models in China has exceeded 200. A review by Beike Finance shows that many large models have already adopted paid service models.
Alibaba's Tongyi Qianwen Large Model 14B is priced at 0.008 RMB per 1,000 tokens (a token is the basic unit used by the model to represent natural language text, which can be intuitively understood as a "character" or "word"), while the 7B model is priced at 0.006 RMB per 1,000 tokens. Currently, Tongyi Qianwen also offers a free quota, providing a total of 1 million tokens for limited-time free use upon opening DashScope, valid for 180 days.
Tencent's Hunyuan Large Model provides a cumulative free quota of 100,000 tokens for verified Tencent Cloud enterprise accounts on the whitelist. The advanced version of Tencent Hunyuan Large Model is priced at 0.1 RMB per 1,000 tokens.
iFlytek's Spark Large Model V3.0 offers 2 million tokens of free service for individual users, valid for one year; for enterprise-verified customers, 5 million tokens of free service are provided. Additionally, this large model has introduced paid packages, with one package priced at 1,500 RMB, offering 50 million tokens of service, valid for one year, at a unit price of 0.3 RMB per 10,000 tokens.
