Alibaba's ModelScope Community Open-Sources Mistral AI's New Model Mistral7B

Alibaba DAMO Academy's open-source model community ModelScope announced the open-sourcing of Mistral7B, a new model from French AI startup Mistral AI, available for free commercial use.

It is reported that Mistral7B Instruct, the fine-tuned version of Mistral7B on publicly available instruction datasets, outperforms other 7B models on MT-Bench and is comparable to 13B chat models.
