IT Home notes that the 'Interim Measures for the Management of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services' was released on July 10 this year. It was reviewed and approved by the Cyberspace Administration of China in conjunction with six other departments, including the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Science and Technology, and took effect on August 15, 2023. The measures encourage innovative applications of generative AI technology across industries and fields, promoting the creation of positive, healthy, and uplifting content, exploring optimized application scenarios, and building an application ecosystem.
