ChatGPT Gives Irrelevant and Nonsensical Answers, OpenAI Has Urgently Fixed the Issue

On February 22, ChatGPT users discovered that the chatbot returned many strange responses, such as switching to other languages, looping outputs, repeatedly self-correcting, and even some replies were irrelevant and purely nonsensical.
For example, one user discussed the music of the Jackson family with ChatGPT, and the response provided by ChatGPT was: "Schwittendly, the glimmer on the plumes and the 'moon paths' are closely related to the golver, all of which have evolved gradually."
OpenAI updated its status page at 3:40 PM Pacific Standard Time on February 20 (7:40 AM Beijing Time on February 21), stating that they were investigating the issue of ChatGPT's unexpected responses.
At the time of writing, IT Home checked the page and found that OpenAI had updated the status at 8:14 AM Pacific Standard Time on February 21 (12:14 AM Beijing Time on February 22), indicating that the issue had been resolved.
