Tianyancha App shows that recently, Yimi Ba Food Technology (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. applied to register a trademark for 'No Pepper No Joy,' classified under convenience foods, with the current status awaiting substantive examination.
On December 18, Hu Xiaoming, former CEO of Ant Group and former Alibaba partner, announced the official establishment of the new agricultural brand 'Yimi Ba Agricultural Technology Company,' which had been in preparation for two years. He will serve as the chairman and chief quality control officer. Hu Xiaoming stated that Yimi Ba's mission is 'to make agriculture better through technological innovation,' aiming to improve agricultural efficiency, provide consumers with high-quality ingredients, and help farmers increase their income. According to Hu Xiaoming, the name 'Yimi Ba' originates from Alibaba founder Jack Ma's initial involvement in agriculture—the hope that all mothers worldwide wish for their children to grow up healthy and exceed 1.8 meters in height.
Yimi Ba Food Technology (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. is jointly held by 1.8 Meters Technology Holding Limited, Hangzhou Dajingtou 22nd Cultural and Art Co., Ltd., and Yimi Ba Food Management (Hangzhou) Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), among others. Jack Ma holds a 99.9% stake in Hangzhou Dajingtou 22nd Cultural and Art Co., Ltd.
