According to reports, the second batch of approved AI large models in China includes 11 companies, some of which have already opened their services to the public. Including the first batch of over 10 models, more than 20 large models have now been approved.

On November 4th, NetEase Youdao ("Ziyue" model), Ant Group ("Bailing" model), Mianbi Intelligence ("Mianbi Luca"), Mobvoi ("Sequence Monkey"), Kunlun Tech ("Tiangang" model), Meituan (model), Zhihu ("Zhihai Tu AI" model), Moonshot AI, Kingsoft Office (WPS AI), TAL Education (MathGPT model), and 360 Company ("Qiyuan" model) were among the 11 companies whose AI large model products were approved.

On August 15th this year, the Cyberspace Administration of China, together with the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Public Security, and the National Radio and Television Administration, jointly issued the "Interim Measures for the Management of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services." These measures impose special regulations on enterprises providing generative AI services with public opinion attributes or social mobilization capabilities, requiring such providers to conduct security assessments in accordance with national regulations and fulfill algorithm filing and modification procedures as per the "Internet Information Service Algorithm Recommendation Management Regulations." On August 31st, companies such as Alibaba, Tencent, Baidu, Huawei, ByteDance, iFlytek, Zhipu AI, and Baichuan Intelligence became the first batch of approved enterprises.
